Story window like EQ1

is there a way we could make a Story window like EQ1 mabe take a Journal window and mod it so we can see in game info from text files users create.

possible uses.

Quest walkthrus
Lore
Rares Lists

basicaly any type of text created outside of the game.

I saw a mod that has some of the info , but am looking for something cleaner
