In game popup message problem

I somehow expanded the popup window to cover my entire screen which causes some problems when trying to click different interface elements when it is up. This window is hidden except for the messages for finding quest items or when the name of an area pops up. I've tried turning up the opacity to max and showing frames and I can see the entire area of the box and the frame around it but I can't find how to resize it in the short time that it is actually on screen.

It only shows up when I get a quest update, a skill improvement or get an area title. In that short window I don't have enough time to fiddle with it. Is there any way for me to fix this otherwise? It does not show up when I press f10.

You can right click it and bring up window properties. For now you can probably turn on Click Through. Not sure how you managed to resize it though, hehe.
