Default Just a little question...

Does anyone know if the dev's over at SOE plan on implementing an MP3 player in the game?

It gets rather boring doing tradeskills or hunting in silence. I know you can loop your music for the environment your in. But quite frankly, some of the music isn't that great to listen to over and over again...

Just wondering..

So you'll have to just settle with winamp and one of the mute buttons mods. I want an in game mp3 player too =( lots of people do.

Oops! My apologies... I haven't been here in a few days, and I just got to thinking about music in the game, hence my question...

Bummer too, cause I really don't want another resource draining my already EQII choking memory usage. Thanks though...

Guess it's back to gaming silence...

I don't mean to be saying it in "go buy a new keyboard way", but a lot keyboards out there have a nice array of possible buttons across the top, and work withs tons of musicplayers out there. I have a simple $20 keyboard which makes it easy to play, stop, pause, next/prev track, and even a button to open default music player.

I know this isn't as easy as picking a song or playlist from in-game, but it works

Aye, that there are... I have a MS keyboard with the quick launch doohickeys on the top section of the keyboard. But unfortunately I had to disable all of them due to the fact that where my keyboard sits in relation with the desk itself (its a tight squeeze), it has a tendency to press and activate those buttons during game play. Nothing worse than getting in a deadly round of combat with a red only to have your game suddenly freeze up as the keyboard decides to launch my email and browser at the same time. Not fun...

But thanks for the idea though...
