Quest helper

I just noticed that in the quest journal the check box for show quest helper can not be unchecked. Is there a way to activate that check box or is the only way to hide the quest helper with alt J?

somewhere in the UI options there's a checkbox to keep main UI windows visible (you'll find the exact location somewhere in my FAQ, lol), if you uncheck that the quest helper can be hidden.
