Looking for an addon to see what others are casting

I was wondering if there was anything available to view what others are casting. preferably something with a spellbar for targets and even better for group members as well. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks much

To my knowledge you have no possible way of knowing what anyone else is casting until they've finished casting.

I can tell by turning animations on but even then that really only helps with longer cast time spells. I do not really see any advantage to have that much information though... What would the use be?

Well, primarily to learn everyones casting orders for insight into other classes, timing buffs, and things of that nature. I play on a blue server but I would imagine it would be highly useful in pvp combat as well.

Just use a log parser like ACT to check on casting order and things like that.

would be taking some skill out of pvp having a text tell you Fission was incoming...better players watch for animations/sounds of their opponents

WoW has the add-on the OP is requesting, but we don't. The ability to know what someone is casting when they are casting it makes pvp super easy in that game, IMO.
