UI That Shows Recommended Zones

Is there a mod that shows the level of zones?

The InfoCenter has a "Hunting Guide" page on the first tab:

It display general level ranges for all the zones. It's fairly basic, and doesn't have the latest TSO zones listed yet.

I know you have said you are newer too. In case you did not know, you can never transfer off of the Bazaar.
