The day/night UI?

In some screenshots floating around I saw (what I THOUGHT was) a day/night time thing, that displayed the current time of day in pictoral form (IE a moon straight up at midnight, a sun at 30 degrees at 10 in the morning, etc).

I did a search for "time", "night" and "day" but didn't find it. Was that a mod that no one has submitted yet, or am I simply blind?

Here is the link to the clock window mod - I didn't see it listed in the downloads section, perhaps whoever made this should post it there?

Drumstix, but you gotta do that every time you log in.. whoever made that xml above only made the window show by default, so you don't have to show_window all the time.
