Narrowed Humudce's Classic XP Bar w/decimal, +Class/Level, -Debt

I loved Humudce's Classic XP bar, but the sheer width of it was interfering with my other windows, so I've stacked the character class and level rather than having it off to the side. I decided the class and level were really more associated with the XP bar than the zone name, I put them on top, and moved the zone name underneath. Had to swap the order of the class and level since they are now left justified. The zone name is now centered on the XP bar.

I also removed the debt percentage, since it was broken by the big patch.

20/01/2005 - Restored the missing debt indicators.

Debt wasn't broken, only when you have no debt does it show incorrectly

I guess I'm debt free often enough to consider that 'broken'. :)

Updated to restore the debt bar which I had somehow deleted.
