Resizable Target and Implied Target

I was searching on here for about an hour yesterday and couldnt find any mod that simply makes the target and implied target windows resizable. If anyone knows please give me a link. Including the target and implied target's power bar would be nice too.

When I played WoW I also used a mod that allowed me to open all my bags at once in a single window as if it was just one big bag. Is there any mod like that?

Pretty sure that's not possible. However, if you didn't know, you can set a button in your Options to open all bags at once.
