Thats the layout for LAFFSV8 and PERDV8 .. but your using the default UI in that screenshot mate.

If your tying to use a custom UI then it looks like you dont have the eq2.ini file placed in the main everquest2 folder... Either that or you dont have the custom UI's folder placed in the UI folder ... hehe sounds double dutch when I explaine it lol
