I installed this UI. I love it. I'm having a problem tho. On one of my characters the group window is missing. I try alt g to get it back but nothing. Any help is appreciated.

Try renaming your character settings ini file -- if you moved from a different one and the window size is different, it could cut it off.

But before that, that window should be resizeable... try resizing it and see if the other one comes up.

Hmm thats a new one never had anyone say the group window is missing before likes :p

Try what Lord said .. if that dont work then,

Go into the options in game and under the game windows section uncheck the always show main hud windows box (or somthing to that effect) save.. then toggle alt+g..

I have used Laffs 8 before. Always work perfect.
I use window mode when I play and now when I bought an Widescreen monitor everything messes up. Color background is gone, every window is missplaced and some are missing.
Almost every UI I tried are messy. included the Laffs Lite.

dunno if it is because of the resolution 1680x1050.

Yups its the resolution m8 ;)

I dunno about all the other UI's .. But with mine all you need to do is make the hotbars on the right 1x12 insted of 2x6 ,center up the target, group windows, active quest etc at the top, make the chat window on the left larger and the one at the top right also..

As for the backgrounds missing there is a transparent char settings file I have in the download you must be using that one I guess, Hit F10 if you see window backgrounds then, its fine, if not maybe you got a corupt download of the UI /shrug

Thats the layout for LAFFSV8 and PERDV8 .. but your using the default UI in that screenshot mate.

If your tying to use a custom UI then it looks like you dont have the eq2.ini file placed in the main everquest2 folder... Either that or you dont have the custom UI's folder placed in the UI folder ... hehe sounds double dutch when I explaine it lol :p
