Maintained Spell Monitor disappearing spells

If I have a spell with lower reuse than duration in the Maintained Spell Monitor window and I recast it before it's expired, it causes it to disappear from the window.

What spell specifically is doing this? If it's a toggle spell then the Recast button may not be usable to recast it.
