Advanced Settings - Where are they?

There should be a button with a white dot up at the top of the Raid window when you mouse over it. If you're not seeing it, there is also one on the Group window that will take you to the same place. There are checkboxes at the bottom of the pop-up window that will move cure and spell buttons to the side.

Also I think the Raid window needs to be in Advanced mode, which you can get to by right-clicking a blank area of the window. The buttons/cures may not be visible if it somehow got switched to Basic mode.
