Installing Profit 1.8

I've done a clean install, copied the eq2.ini and renamed the uisettings.ini file. When I load the game, I end up with the default skin but with all the windows moved around to where I think the profit skin usually moves them. I tried typing /loadui and only the default skin is available as a selection.

Again, afaik, I have placed all the folders in their correct locations and the eq2.ini is correct.

I do play on the Lucan Dlere server, so I am wondering if there is something tricky with the naming convention for the player. Mine is named: "lucan dlere_wylker_eq2_uisettings.ini" Any thoughts?

After you checked the version of what you are trying to install, did you also check the date? Just saying... (see my sig for a hint)

Hahaha, no I just used the download link from the site. I'll try the 3 year newer version :P
