First, right-click the taskbar icon and click the first choice on the menu that appears.
If that doesn't work, right-click the taskbar icon and click
Close window.
Download version 3.1.2.0. Put it in the same folder as your old copy, but when Windows asks if you want to replace the old version, tell it no. Usually you want to replace the old utility with the new one, but in this case you want to have both copies next to each other. Now open the new copy and see if the window will appear.
