Narzoo, the OP is talking about the currently selected quest so you see what you need to craft when doing writs. Nice idea.

There is none, but you can grab the info you need from the quest journal, it's in the
QuestDetails.Category.Text element.
The real problem will however be getting the quest details into the tradeskill window, I'm not sure if that will be possible, but then I never tried.
