This updates the Red Dragon Knowledge Book to work with the new research tab.

I have always loved having the dragon knowledge book in game (Thanks Humudce!)

I have tested both the red and blue versions in game to ensure they work and haven't ran into any issues.

The zip files contain the eq2ui_mainhud_knowledge.xml file and the two image files needed for the background and blink effects.

I do not believe this is compatible with the fast blink fix as I did not have it installed when I updated it.

Pictures are for blue, but they both look/work the same.

1.56 Now updated for RoR.1.57 Fixed issue with Sort... button not working. Corrected animation alignment for blinking.

1.58 Added the search bar to the upgrades tab Reupload for incorrect visibility on the tab buttons
