Targeting ring made as part of a Custom Skin for one of the oldest guilds in Everquest
V1.20 - fixed a few bugs and generally refined the ring. Texture is now sharp in all graphic settings, Refined the implied target Bullseye, and the "Beacon" effect has been fixed.
