My intention was to create a targetring that
shows some sort of 'energy' floating around
meanwhile being clearly visible.
Enjoy.
How to install:
--------------
Simply unzip the two DDS files into your custom UI's "images" directory.
Example:
/EverQuest II/UI/Zarkark/Images/Ring_Target.dds
/EverQuest II/UI/Zarkark/Images/Ring_Target_Con.dds
