XP Bar with Guild XP

Description

This is a fix for Knord's XP bar with Guild XP.

The original file did not properly show partial tenths in the upper (green) guild XP bar; meaning, a green bubble displayed as full no matter how many blue bubbles were full for that tenth. (See the original screenshot.)

I've fixed that portion of the original code; simply replace the existing eq2ui_mainhud_experience.xml with this version.
