200% width player window

Description

Per-request, a 200% width player window to match my 200% target/implied target windows. The included DDS image file is identical to the one provided with both my double and quadruple-sized target windows, so if you use either don't worry about overwriting that file.

Leavegroup button will not work without the eq2ui_mainhud_groupmembers.xml file from compact groupmembers/player (with leave group, kick from group, invite targetted, and assist buttons.
