Install Instructions:
1. Extract archive to a folder of your choice.
2. Copy "ring_target.dds" and "ring_target_con.dds" to: Everquest II\UI\<customui>\images\
<customui> being your custom interface folder, ProfitUI for example.

**Seems 1.3 wasn't the final version *laughs*. Made some changed to the "Con" ring so that it looks quite a bit better.
