This modifies the default fetish TS window.
It adds health/power numbers and buff names in the create window.

The primary reason I made this was for data collection using fraps and recording a movie. After a crafting session I can then come back and record what buffs caused what reactions and such, being able to pause and all that good jazz.

Figured I would upload here incase anyone else does the same type of thing.
