tooltips pop up over the EQ button

Description

10/1/2005 Updated for LU 13 and DoF with tier 6 rares and cleaned up a bit.

I use these tooltips all the time so I spent a few hours updating the HOs and rare/uncommon harvests. Some of the HOs may not be correct since I used a few web sites as reference and they don't all agree!

This mod only changes one file, eq2ui_mainhud_startbutton.xml, so you don't need the original version 2.0 mod
