Problems installing map updater

Please help! i have read the forum and cant find a solution.

I'm running a windows 7. Tired to install the map updater and I'm getting the following error.
EQ-updater1.2.1-set up.zip is not a vaild win 32 application.

Any suggestions are welcomed.

More interesting is where you downloaded that, I do not think we have a file called EQ-updater1.2.1-set up.zip on this site?

I believe I was using the old map. However I tried the new map and the same problem. I do have the windows 7. could that be the problem?

The error message indicates that your operating system is trying to open .zip archives with a corrupted executable. Apart from repairing your Win7 installation you could just download a third party application of unpacking the .zip archive, e.g. WinZip, WinRar, 7zip, etc.
