Flashing UI peices ?

Hi all,

I've just begun putting together a new UI and I would really appreciate it if someone coule explain to me how to make something flash in the UI. What I'm trying to do is make a peice of my UI fade in and fade out similar or exactly like the HO STARTER does in the game, where the hammer and that go invisible then visible again.

Is there an XML code that should be used ? Can this be done by editing the 4 levels in a dds file ? I can't find the HO starter set to see how this could be done.

The heroic opportunity window is in MainHUD.Heroic, but I didn't see any effector in there for the flashing. Looks like it's a case of the game doing it manually.

In UIBuilder, the effector you probably want is called CycleOpacity and isn't too difficult to get working.
