Shrinking Buff bar - Is it possible?

Is it possible to shrink the buff icons like you can the hotbar icons?

Hi, that worked like advertised but I was referring to the buff bar that has the buff name (text) as well as the buff icon. Is there a way to make the icons and text smaller like the other buff bar?

There are "slim" variants with smaller icons, but you can't seemlessly resize them as with the effect icons.
