Still having Trouble

ok i dont understand, i used that one guide from that site thats going around here, i have played around for some time, i stil dont get how to resize and make it compleetly differnt, what i wanted to do is have a theme similar to this.

exept would be placed differelntl.y and not with the other stuff, just bottom

That's an EQ1 UI. This is the EQ2 UI forum. That mod has not been made for EQ2 yet, and I don't know if anyone will be making it or not.

no i know its for eq1, and i dont want all of it, but i want that theme of type, also you see at the bottom how its all connected and in the middle moves down, how do i do it,

Knowning how to code in XML, and get used to the way it works in EQ2 is a place to start.

do u know of any tutorials to learn to do xml, also how long would you say it would take to learn to code stuff. Meaning like a new ui completly like that one from the link

If you look at one of the smaller xml files that eq2 has it is pretty simple to decipher what pieces are what. Then you can try changing some values or adding things based on theories on what can be done.

You can learn a ton of stuff about what you can do just by browsing the xml files provided to you. After you get a hang of it, feel free to ask a bit more advance questions and you will more than likely get a very decriptive answer.

UIbuilder is nifty (if messy) if you dont know XML well. Or even if you do know XML it can assist you a lot for visual confirmation (most of the time)
