That's because it's no .dds anymore, the frames in the icon_transp where used before we got the IconBanks and are now redundant. You can now configure it via the framecolor attribute of the IconBank object. Sorry, I only thought of that now.
Oh nice, hadn't seen that have, I've been bugging Dolby for that a couple of times.
He must have just made it because I submitted it under the misc. section. I suggest telling him to switch all skins over to the skin category. There aren't that many (most of them are profit) so it shouldn't be too hectic.
There are of course all the ProfitUI Skinpacks that also work for DefaultUI but I prefer to keep them in my category as long as downloads cannot appear in two categories at once.

The only issue I have found so far is that the little crossed swords icon that indicates that you are in combat doesn't seem to ever "activate". I believe there are some missing graphics in the Undead version of the window_elements_specific.dds file that are in the base ProfitUI one. Please fix. Other than that, superb job!!
