Before posting your problem, please read through the Common Problems (and solutions) thread and the FAQ/Troubleshooting.
If you are using the updater please also check the download description for answers to your problem, and finally use the search feature for this forum, chances are someone else may have had the same problem you did.

If after trying those places you cant find a solution post in the EQ2MAP Troubleshooting forum. Make sure you clearly state the problem, and what (if anything) you have tried to fix it.
