In-game, secondary threat present

Description:
This replaces the default Threat window with a simplistic Threat meter. Target threat shows as a thick bar, and secondary threat shows as smaller bar over top. The left number is Target threat, and the right number is secondary threat. The window only displays during combat when threat is generated. The window is re-sizable horizontally as well.

- How To: Install A Custom UI
- eq2ui_mainhud_threat.xml goes in your CustomUI folder.
