Selae's Compass Window w/Location
*NOTE* - Done in 1280x1024 - *NOTE*

1. Compass window increased in size.
2. Added Location text below compass in white, 18pt font with black shadow outline
3. No Background behind text.
4. Set up the space to handle up to 22000.00,22000.00,22000.00

thats it... plain and simple
I have tested it and works fine. Only POSSIBLE issue may be at extreme locs
as I do not know what the maximum loc can be (#4 above).
