Found something that may help others

having had a fight to get a UI to work recently, I sat down and noticed something

in my main eq2 folder i have a folder called LP_REGION_EN_US which appears to have copies of all my ui and settings - somewhat intrigued, I made the same changes to both sets of files - as in made the UI i wanted work in both folders - all is rosey now

not certain which one takes priority, but thought I would pass this along in case others had similar problems - it is a pain having to work on both folders, but at least it works
