Error opening updater file

[Nightlight]

Hi,
I'm running windows 10 21H2, when I try to run the updater file I get an error telling me that "windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item".

I have tried running as administrator but same thing happens...what am I missing here???
