Masquerades of Divinity Event

• There was an unforeseen issue activating the next Avatar camp this morning (Feb 1st). At this time we don't have an ETA but will update once we have one.
• Minted Masquerade tokens should now drop more commonly from defeating any of the instanced Avatars.

Celebration Avatar Challenge: E'Ci [Raid]

• Messaging has been added when any of the glacial echo adds spawn
• Corrected an issue that caused the ice encasements to not flag the encounter properly when destroyed.
• Maximum health for E'Ci has been reduced

Celebration Avatar Challenge: Tarew Marr [Raid]

• Maximum health for Tarew Marr has been reduced
• The Tarew Marr Teleportation item will remain able to be purchased until we can get the next camp activated.
