EQMap works with Thor UI?

I had been using both for a while when i started getting the Death Screen bug, which then ensued in a total wipe of all my files related to Thor and EQMap.

I reinstalled EQMap first, it worked fine. Then i reinstalled Thor UI. The map does not work now. I can't remember what i had done to make them work together previously. How do they fit together? Does the Map stuff go into the ThorUI folder? I need very clear directions.
