Quest Icon's missing with GU53

Since the update to GU53 I have not been able to see quest icons over the heads of NPC's. I do see them on the min map and the big map. I have tried to turn this option on and off in the game including restarting each time I do that to see if that would fix it. Yes I run the auto-updater with no luck.

Disregard this post. This seams to be a SOE issue from what i am reading on the SOE website.
