Right to left filling maintained window

There probably already exists a maintained window in someone's UI that fills from right to left when stretched horizontally...if so can someone point me to it?
If not i'd like to have one made, with compact icons (say Fetish size?) and minimal dead space.

Ger has a spell effects and maintained that the maintained i believe fills right to left and spell effects fills left to right as f ar as i know its 3/4sized and non resisable but that should be pretty easy fix

Aye, maintained is R2L, effects is L2R. Icons are 75% size. The window is a fixed size, but that was only to keep it from overlapping/overflowing on a 1280x* display. It can be found here.

Thanks for the link, but I don't think this will work for me. It's much too small for 1600x1200, and the window not being resizable isn't ideal either. I was going to stretch the window above my main chat window, but that's never worked well due to the desire to place it as close to the top of the chat window as possible, and the chat window's invisible frame and titlebar always getting in the way when i try to right click the maintained window. Oh well, back to the drawing board.
