i went to the menagerie today and i did what you said with the /loc thing. I hope it worked. Here's a link of my log file. Its only the borderline but the zone hasnt got any buildings or anything anyways. The 1st loc is the entrance. Started from entrance and went counter-clockwise
when you enter this zone, do an alt tab
browse to this folder
C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest II\cache\ioplan
and tell me the last modified filename.
this will give me the internal zone name, allowing us to enable the map to show while in game
sorry for the delay mate...I think thats it...i'm not 100% sure about the north room's pathway cause it was all white but yeah thats the place...Myrgoth pops in the middle of the north room but there's Sulon McMoor at the west end of the same room who you gotta kill to spawn Myrgoth (both are 51lvl and Myrgoth has 3 servants with him). So the deal is...
1) First you go to the east room where there's a golem named "a remenant of Miragul" (49lvl) who is needed for the An Eye for Power heritage quest. Also there are 4 boxes in the room (2 at north side and 2 at south side of room) which you gotta open one by one till you find the one that hasnt got any traps. Each trap trigger a grp of 4 mobs who attack you. Anyway when you open the box which hasnt got any traps you gotta inspect it and get a scroll from it (I believe that box is random...it was the SE one for us). Examine the scroll.
2)Go to the room across (west one) and the door is now opened since you examined the scroll. There's a book (at west side) and a sphere (in the middle) which i believe you gotta examine so the north room's door will open (not sure if you need to examine both...i'm sure about the sphere)
3) the door to the north and final room is now open. West side of the room is Sulon McMoor and next to him is a book you gotta examine after you kill him to spawn Myrgoth (who is non-attackable for now). After Myrgoth pops reexamine the book to make him attack you.
