Default A different experience bar for widescreen format

I was going to try and do this myself, but since I don't have much time to even play, and I suck, I thought I would place this idea here, so someone else might have a crack at it.

The idea is that when you are running with the black top/bottom parts of the screen, there's a graphical divider between the black area and the rendered world view.

I would like to see an experience bar tied to these two dividers, such that the top divider is the yellow experience bar, and the bottom one is the blue experience bar. I have noticed that the divider seems to be made up of a double line, so maybe it's possible to place the experience there. It is possible that there would need to be a slightly thicker divider, to make the experience more visible.

The trick here would be to make the experience window always follow the settings in the widescreen format, such that if I expand my view, the experience bars move with it. If I change resolution, the experience bar should off course also be tied to that, such that it always takes up an entire screen length.

Feel free to post suggestions on how to get this done, as I might still have a crack at it myself, but I doubt I'll get the time

would you mind elaborating on WHY this is not possible?

I'm just the curious type, and when people tell me it can't be done, that's when I really get involved

Well... I guess I just did the impossible

I'll make it a bit nicer later on tonight, but for now I have a proof of concept running in my GUI.
