Live Update #23

Live Update 23 has been pushed to the live servers. Some new zones that sound exciting have been added and some older zones have been revamped. So when you login today check out the new/revamped zones. This update addressed many bug fixes as well so make sure to check the patch notes to see if any bugs that have affected you have been fixed.
