DDS colors

Hello

When I look the graphics trough the UIbuilder or if I convert DDS using DDS convert2, the Gold appears Grey and I like it. Unfortunatly I have no clue how I can have it in Grey in the game as it looks below.
Can anyone help me ? explain ? do it ?

if after you convert them, they appear gray, then the image should then be gray and show up in the game that way. Or if your monitor is just messed up or something you can just send them into paint shop pro or photoshop and modify the colors.

In fact it seems that I was not using the good file

Because I work on one PC to modify and play on another , I forgot to take the good DDS on my playing computer
