Thor UI question

i died recently and all my equipment needed to be repaired...when i repaired it it wasnt showing up in my backpacks or in my inventory for stuff thats equipped...however my character is still wearing all the stuff though...now i added a new weapon and i cant attune it beacuase its equipped and i cant see it though...how do i fix this?
