Default Temporary GU49 Fix

GU49 included a few changes that don't work quite right in Fetish. Although I'm sure there are more elegant ways of solving these issues, this is a fairly easy one that most people capable of installing Fetish in the first place should be able to follow. Assuming EQ2 is installed on the C: drive:

1) Go to the "C:\Program Files\Sony\Everquest II\UI\Default" folder.

2) Sort by Date

3) Select all the files created in October 2008 and "Copy" them (Ctrl-C, or right click, Copy)

4) Go to the "C:\Program Files\Sony\Everquest II\UI\FetishNightfall" folder.

5) Right click and choose Paste.

6) Overwrite all files when asked.

You will now have some ugly windows here and there and will be eagerly awaiting the new version so you can see the pretty Zonx version instead of the default. However, all your windows should have all the new things added. This release didn't require any changes to the eq2_mainhud.xml file (or whatever it's called) so just dropping in the new files does the trick. On the flip side, deleting the files from the FetishNightfall directory that have newer versions should also do the trick but it's a bit more time consuming than the steps listed above.

Hope this helps someone.
