Cool What does /testserver really do?

Currently I only play on the testserver and have been using the updater without any problem for quite a while. However now when I try to use the updater for the test server I get an error. It is trying to update using what it thinks is the UI directory at "C:\program files\sony\everquestII\testserver\testserver\UI".

My UI directory is located in the "C:\program files\sony\everquestII\testserver\UI" so I was wondering if anyone knows what exactly the /testserver switch actually does. I dont understand where it is actually pulling the extra testserver directory path from. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Default

/testserver inserts "\testserver" before the "\UI" in the directory path. It basically lets you patch to the test server directory without changing the path manually.

Since you had already set it to patch to the Testserver directory, you don't need to use the switch.
