Cannot download

Hi

On the advise of my friend I wanted to download and use your excellant ulitilty. The microsoft.net download finished to a white screen. I then dowloaded the EQ2MAP tool and this error message came up. It was quite happily updating itself then stopped and I have the icon on my tray but cannot brinf the box up and lost in what to do now ...... HELP !!!!

have you tried restarting your computer and making sure only 1 copy of the updater is running?
