Disappearing chat windows

Hey all,

I installed a custom UI, and it turned out I didn't like it very much, so I deleted it. Now, everytime I log in, I have to add my chat windows back because they disappear, except for the one default one. Any ideas? I am very n00b at this UI thing so go easy on me
