Default Newbie user, map install?

Ok, I understand how to install a UI,.. but I did not see instructions on the eq2map site as to how to install it?

I went to the FAQ, and looked at this link for how to view maps in game, and this is all it says...

How can I view the maps in game?
Once you have EQ2Map installed correctly it will automatically load the correct map for the zone your in. Currently there is no way to selectively view maps in game.

There is no place that explains where to unzip the maps folders to, or anything... So since I am a newb, can someone explain it? or point me to a link that explains it?

Thanks!

Just download the autoupdater and it will do all the work for you.

Talking Thanks!

Thanks! So it looks like... even IF there was no autoupdater..(which I am glad there is!)... I could install eq2maps just as if it were a Custom GUI....
