UI raid message popup question

What is the window called that displays raid messages to you when specific events happen? Say when fighting an Avatar, you get a message signifying you need to do something. It pops up (or should) in the middle of your screen. During raids, I do not seem to be getting these messages anymore. What might I check to make sure those messages are shown? Hope I am not just blind, heh. Thank you in advance.

Edit: I am using ProfitUI, btw.
