C2C works until I zone.. then stops working.... What is going on?

I've noticed this as well, it also occurs when one goes Link Dead for even a minor amount (even the times when it's a huge lag spike) has caused this to occur.

Anyone have solutions? It is causing problems for more folks than just myself.
